Portal Pro fully supports writeback to your MIS for both session (AM/PM) and lesson attendance, streamlining the first-day calling process.
Safeguarding Notices
If a caller has a relationship with a court order, this is immediately displayed on the screen pop-up.

Do you support Multi-Academy Trusts
Yes, we do. If a trust has a single 3CX instance with multiple schools Portal can support each school's MIS system on that same instance.
Do you offer discounts to Multi-Academy Trusts
Yes, we do. Please contact us letting us know how many schools you have and we can offer a discount.
What is the difference between Portal Lite and Pro
Portal Lite and Portal Pro offer similar features, but Portal Pro includes all Lite capabilities plus built-in attendance logging. This means you can record attendance directly in Portal Pro without switching to your MIS, streamlining and speeding up the attendance process
We don't have 3CX but I'm still interested in Portal
We currently support 3CX phone systems. If you’re using a different system, please let us know—we’re actively working to expand our compatibility!
